REFUND POLICY STATEMENT:

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Tuitions (minus deposit) are 100% refundable if cancellation occurs at least 90 days prior to event.
  • Tuitions (minus deposit) are 100% refundable if you can provide a replacement participant (at the same level) who pays full tuition, otherwise tuitions are 90% refundable if cancellation occurs at least 60 days prior to event.
  • Tuitions (minus deposit) are 90% refundable if you can provide a replacement participant (at the same level) who pays full tuition, otherwise tuitions are 50% refundable if cancellation occurs in the 30 days prior to event.
